Instructions

  1. Add oil (2 Tbsp) to a heated pan or wok.

  2. Sauté garlic (2 cloves) until fragrant, around 20 seconds.

  3. Add in the soy curls (1 cup) and sauté until golden brown.

  4. Stir in the long beans (2 cups), allowing them to sear evenly.

  5. Toss in the cherry tomatoes (1 cup) along with vegan fish sauce (2 Tbsp).

  6. Sauté until everything is evenly coated in sauce.

  7. Sprinkle in Thai basil (½ cup) and mix until fragrant.

  8. Remove from heat and serve.
