From my kitchen and heart to you

My name is Jameson and I love everything about food. Specifically, plant-forward food. My journey has not been linear, but I have arrived at loving how I feel + the impact I make eating a mostly plant-based diet.

Growing up, I was a Chinese restaurant kid in Southern California. Although I was running around causing chaos in the kitchen and with the guests, I somehow still picked up the gene of loving the art of preparing food, serving food, and enjoying the life it provides to people.

While I wasn’t raised on a mostly plant-based diet, I see the need for change in our food systems and the need to do better for our health.

I am not perfect, but I strive to do my best to embody a balanced lifestyle and the joy of living in alignment.
